Avoiding burnout isn’t about taking more baths, reading in the evenings instead of doomscrolling, or getting more massages. Getting out of burnout – and staying out of burnout – means a fundamental shift in our priorities, actions, and mindset. It is about diving into the right work and delegating what drains you.

They’ll tell you what to say and what to post and how to manage your team. When you are busy and running ragged, having someone telling you what to do sounds *perfect*!
